OutQuest

My daughters are great kids. Smart, funny, full of energy. And they would spend 10 hours a day on a screen if I let them. I built OutQuest because I kept running into the same wall every parent I know hits: you take the device away and they have nothing to do, or you give it back and they disappear into it. Neither option actually wins. OutQuest is a third option. It's a family challenge platform where the phone is the starting gun, not the destination. Families get a rotating feed of real-world missions -- outdoor adventures, social challenges, creative builds -- and kids snap a photo to prove they actually did it. The Anthropic Claude vision API judges every photo submission in seconds. No parent approval required, no arguing about whether it counts. The AI sees what happened and calls it. Every approved completion awards XP to three leaderboards at once: the household (who in your family is crushing it this week), the family score (your family vs. connected friends), and the friends list (a social graph built on parent-to-parent connections). Families can Dare each other -- pick a preset challenge from our curated list, send it with a 48-hour clock, and earn 1.5x XP when it's completed. Over time, every neighborhood where your family completes a challenge warms up on a Mapbox heat map. You can see exactly where your friends' families have been active too. The business model is clean: free tier gets families hooked on the core loop, and a $19.99 lifetime unlock removes every limit permanently. No subscription, no monthly guilt. Just pay once and play forever. Business partnerships -- local sponsors, branded challenge packs, community org events -- are the second revenue channel. I am building this in three weeks on Replit Agent 4, starting from a blank project on March 25th. The whole thing started because I wanted something I could actually use with my own kids. That's still the best reason to build anything.

Goal Achiever's Summit Website and CRM Portal - Events/Conferences

The Goal Achievers Summit was pieced together across multiple tools that charged $150+ per month and still left gaps. I rebuilt the entire operation from the ground up. The result is a custom website paired with a speaker, vendor, and admin portal that works like a real CRM — without the enterprise price tag. Platforms built specifically for events and conferences charge thousands per month for what this system does. We're under 90 days in and already beyond feature parity. Phil's team manages speakers, vendors, and event logistics from one clean dashboard — built for people who want results, not a tech tutorial. The tools they replaced aren't coming back.
