The Story
Before I ever touched AI, I spent 16 years in manufacturing operations — managing teams, building systems, fixing processes that were falling apart under pressure. I know what it actually takes to run something. That background is what makes what I build different from what most AI consultants deliver.
When I started my own business, I hit the same wall you're probably hitting now — doing everything myself, unable to step away, physically present at home but mentally still at work. I started building AI systems to solve my own problem first. Content that used to take 15 hours a week now takes 2-3.
